How to Fix Apple iPhone 6s Speaker No Sound Problem. When you are watching the videos, the iPhone no sound suddenly. You're unable to hear the sound or caller through the receiver or speaker, a few troubleshooting steps can solve iPhone 6s sound problems safely. Step 1. Cleaning the iPhone's headphone jack. Any garbage and dust will affect the phone's receiver. You can use a anti static cleaning brush and carefully clear these parts from any debris or dirt. 

Step 2. Stop the bluetooth. Maybe the sound output is not on the phone's speaker but to the Bluetooth device it's connected to. To stop the Bluetooth, go to Settings > General > Bluetooth.

Step 3. Restart your iPhone. Restarting your iPhone will help eliminate minor glitches to your iPhone system. Just press the iphone Power button and Home button simultaneously until the screen turns off and then displays the Apple logo.

Step 4. Update to the latest iOS version available. Go to Settings > General > Software update.

Step 5. Repair the iPhone 6s.

When we get this iPhone 6s that the speaker is fault, the first step is teardown it. We use the VIPFIX Opening Tools Kit to disassemble the iPhone 6s, remove the battery, motherboard and some other phone parts. We find that the iPhone PA power amplifier chip IC and vibration control chip has been moved. 

Maybe the previous maintenance personnel don't know which one was audio amplifier chip, because the two chips are of the same type. In fact, U3800 is used to drive the vibrator and U3700 is used by the audio amplifier chip to drive speaker. This two chips can be exchanged with each other.

So, we need teardown the audio amplifier chip U3700 bus and measure the diode data to ground of UD 1505TA DC Power Supply and of the bus runs toward CPU. We find the data is normal, but the the diode data of pin A2 connected to boost inductor L3700 is 550 higher than the normal about 330 which is the same as that of main power supply PC_VCC_MAIN.

Soldering with 0.02mm jumper wire from the pin 2 of L3700 to the pin A2 of U3700, then assemble audio amplifier chip to iPhone and turn on. 

Last step, we install the iPhone 6s and enter IOS to test, the iPhone 6s speaker is normal.
