Find the corresponding point on the logic board, soldering jump wire and paint green UV Fluxes Oil on it. As shown in picture 7-7-7.

Please note it, when scraping the middle CPU, be sure to be more careful. If you scrape off the other lines, the consequences are serious.

After finish the jumper wire, assemble the iPhone, then power on and test it, it can boot properly and go into the IOS. The problem has been solved, the maintenance is over. As shown in picture 7-7-8.
