What is the best tool for repairing iPhone 6S that cannot start?

Repair Process

1. Measure the current with DC power supply, the booting current is 900mA, which is abnormal. Remove the logic board, and connect it to DC power supply, it shows 900mA leakage current.

2. Using solder iron and rosin to solder logic board power IC and components around, then connect DC power again, the rosin starts to melt fast, which indicates that the power IC is overheating.

3. Using multimeter to measure the capacitance around the power IC, no short circuit phenomenon, we can judge that the power IC is leaking away electricity.

4. Then we start to use intelligent grinding machine, place the iphone 6s Logic board on the appropriate iPhone 6s stencil and set the grinding program. With this machine, you can remove IC easily. Just insert SD card and press "Run", then the machine can remove IC automatically.

5. After finish grinding, take out the logic board and clean the black residue with sculpture Knife.

6. Cleaning the tins with soldering iron, because the tins of the new power IC come with a high melting point. Then reball the power IC with BGA reballing stencil.



7. Paint some BGA paste flux on solder pad, and put the Power IC in the right place, then blow it with a hot air gun.

8. After the logic board is cool enough, connect it to DC power supply, the power-on current displays normally.
