The iPhone 6S accidentally dropped into the water, and then it came up with a fingerprint faulty, the iPhone 6S can't add fingerprint. So the customer sent it to us to repair. Now, let's take a closer look at this iPhone and then repair it! Step 1: First, Disassemble the iPhone by JM-P01 Toolkit , carefully remove the iPhone motherboard. After checking, we found signs of corrosion in the fingerprint socket, and then detect MESA_TO_BOOST_EN_CONN.  Step 2:  Use Fluke 15B+ Digital Multimeter to measure the diode data of PP16V5_MESA_CONN fingerprint boost boot signal and 16.5V, the data is normal.  Step 3:  Observe the iPhone PCB board carefully under the VGA Camera 7-45X Trinocular Stereo Microscope , we found something else. The bottom pin was severely corroded after the corrosion was removed from the fingerprint boost U4040. A2 pin PP_VCC_MAIN is disconnected, and the A1 pin CND close to PP_VCC_MAIN is dropped by corrosion.  Picture 10-16-1 ...

Second, disassemble the iPhone by phone opening tools, then use Fluke 15B+ Digital Multimeter to measure the diode date iPhone Wi-Fi IC and PCIE bus. In this part, we need to know the test point of PCIE bus is on the coupling capacitance that is on the right of U1501. We directly measure the ends of the capacitor, the normal diode data is about 350 on one end and 500 on the other end. Third, after m...

How to Replace An Car ECU Engine - Easy Guide

Image
The engine control unit is one of the most important components of a car computer. It helps to tune the systems and subsystems that are necessary for the operation of your vehicle, so failure can cause a series of problems. Some of the most common symptoms of failed ECUs include the on-dash engine check lights, unusual fuel consumption, and possibly even stopping you from starting the car. This can be a very expensive part to replace, so you usually try better to buy second hand instead of buying a new one from a reseller. 1. Check the ECU As there are often no physical differences in the car ECU chip that are used across different models from the same manufacturer. It is therefore imperative to check that you have the exact part number specific to your vehicle when ordering. 2. Unplug the Battery The first step is to unplug the battery from the car so that there is absolutely no power running through your vehicles circuits. You then need to let your car si...

The Detailed Introduction About Car Engine Performance Chip

We Know, Car performance chips are aftermarket accessories that car owners can use to increase the efficiency and power of their cars. The Car engine Performance chip, it is easily damaged parts on Auto ECU Circuit Board , It's can repair damaged automotive ECU board drive chip, Chips Don’t Always Make Safe Power: While power gains can be found in almost any engine by advancing the timing, this isn’t always the safest way to go about tuning. While advancing timing may give you some horsepower, it can often times radically increase an engine’s risk of detonation and potential failure. Sometimes reliability is more important than single digit power gains. One of the most important functions that your car ECU fulfills is regulation of the emissions functions on the car. Sometimes an “engine chip” will disable these systems, which can result in a failed emissions test as well as the “check engine” light coming on. Any chip which deactivates your vehicle’s stock e...

Fixd: iPhone 6s won't turn on - See Here!

Image
Today, We Received an  iPhone 6s, its problem is won't turn on. We disassemble it by JM-9102 Disassemble Tools, remove the iPhone motherboard and then measure it with Fluke 15B+ Digital Multimeter . When you press the boot button there is a large current of 500mA, it is leakage and then won't turn on.  After seeing the ammeter, the first thing we think about is not the iPhone battery voltage leakage, nor the power supply of VCC. After pressing the power button to appear large current is caused by the power supply load in the leakage or short circuit. First we use a Temperature-sensing method to feel the iPhone where the temperature is higher. After checking, we preliminary judgment the temperature is obviously high near the fingerprint line. Now we're going to check exactly which part is wrong.  Picture 10-13-1 Picture 10-13-2 Through the soldered Rosin method, we found that the 3D touch tube was obviously hot. This time we have an idea that this i...
