Learned: How to fix iPhone 6S Weak WIFI Signal issue

First, disassemble the iPhone 6S and take out the iPhone motherboard, put it under the Trinocular stereo microscope to observe it, we need to check whether the motherboard has any trace by water or pressure, and whether the motherboard components has missing or damaged. Based on observation, we found the iPhone motherboard has been repaired. Continue to check, there's no visible water and pressure on the back WIFI part, a capacitor is missing. 

Second, install the iPhone motherboard to test. We can see that WIFI can still be found only one after the antenna is connected, and the signal is weak. Now we can't rush to fix it, gently touch one end of the iphone motherboard antenna with tweezers, only found three full WIFI signal. Now we can know that this motherboard does have a problem.

Now we need to find a specific point of failure. Open the WUXINJI Dongle to check iPhone schematic diagram, we can erect a false aerial at the C5007 first. If the WIFI signal is still weak, then it is likely that the iPhone WIFI module and the filter are corrupted. If the signal is normal, then we can judge the WIFI module it normal, so there's probably a problem with the WIFI Antenna access section.



After receiving the fake antenna at C5000, the WIFI signal is enhanced and more than 10 can be found now, which means that the problem is in the antenna path. Next we need to sweep through the pathway, we found that F5112RF was damaged until we checked it, tt was penetrated and then led to open circuit. 

Directly short connect inductance L15112, and then install the iPhone motherboard. Assemble the iPhone 6S and turn it on to test, the WIFI signal is strong. Continue to test other functions on iPhone, all works fine. 

Before you assemble the iPhone to test, in order to protect faulty iPhone motherboard, we must need to use DC power supply to test iPhone to check whether the current is normal, and then we can assemble the iPhone to test.
