iPhone 6 Plus no service after dropped - Look Here!

We all knowledge, when your iPhone was dropped before. And then the iPhone shows no service. You will be very anxious and angry,Following this article, The VIP Pro Shop Team will help you solve this problem.

According our experience, we suspect that the no service fault is caused by RF circuit. Now let's verify it.

Firstly, disassemble the iPhone by JM-P01 Essential Toolkit, and then carefully remove the iPhone motherboard. Observe the iPhone motherboard appearance, no obvious scars.

Secondly, use multimeter to measure the several main test points, we found that the diode data of testing point PP3170_RF is larger than the normal one 0.406.

Thirdly, plug the WUXINJI Dongle to computer and then open it to check the iPhone circuit diagram, we found that the test point PP3170_RF is the clock signal RFFE1_CLK of RFFE bus input by baseband CPU. Checking the PCB bitmap, we can see RFFE1_CLK’s signal is sent to many chips.

Fourth, with the help of hot air gun and Precision Titanium Alloy Tweezers, we remove these chips smoothly and quickly, we found many solder pads of these chips have dropped off from motherboard. Then we weld the jump wire to connect these pins of dropped solder pads, and then paint green oil and reweld those chips.

Fifth, measure the diode data of testing point PP3170_RF again, now the data is normal. Install the iPhone and turn on it to test, after enter the IOS, we type *#06# on the keypad, the the IMEI can be displayed on the iPhone touch screen.

Finally, insert the SIM card, the iPhone has signal and network, and the phone can be dialed normally.

Note: There are several reasons for no service: no baseband (no IMEI and modem firmware), iPhone does not read the SIM card (no ICCID), RF circuit damaged. If dropped iPhones displays no service, components pseudo soldering or open circuit may cause the problem.
