After asking, we know that the customer want to expand the iPhone memory, so he remove the iPhone Nand flash, and then replaced it with the new NAND flash that he programmed with JC Pro1000S IPhone CHIP Programmer. After we received the iPhone 7, we need to brush it first. Use C48 MFI Lightning cable to connect iPhone and computer, and then use iTunes to brush it again, the result is that when the brush progress bar goes to One-tenth, the iTunes reports unknown error 11.
Then we are trying to get the phone from DFU mode into recovery mode, it's a failure, the iPhone cannot enter recovery mode from DFU.
According to the previous maintenance experience, we need to take out the iPhone NAND flash to check whether the customer removed the resistor during the glue clean up. With the help of QUICK 861DW and tweezers, we quickly removed the NAND flash.
After checking, we found a few small capacitors and small resistors on the top of NAND flash that were removed when the NAND flash was replaced. Open the WUXINJI Dongle to check the iPhone Schematic Diagram; we can know that the resistor on PCIE bus is the 3.01K resistor.
Now we need to find the new resistor to fill it. Disassemble the resistor from a iPhone junk motherboard, and then install it.
At last, assemble the iPhone well and test it, now the iPhone 7 can be brushed smoothly and successfully. Enter the IOS to test other functions, everything goes well!
