6 Step to help your iPhone charge faster

Here are some measures to improve iPhone fast charging:

1. Using Airplane Mode:

As we all know, when you connect your iPhone to the charger to restore battery, even if you don't play your phone during this time, but your iPhone still running, this is because its operator network and other wireless networks still continue to send and receive data from WIFI, cellular and Bluetooth. So the device will continue to consume power when plugged in, and it means that the charging time will be prolonged. If you turn on Airplane Mode, your iPhone will charge faster, but its drawback is that in the process, your phone will lose contact with the outside world; you can't call, send and receive text, or do anything with your iPhone needing internet connection.

To toggle flight mode, slide up from the bottom of the screen to open the control center. Then click on the aircraft icon to enable flight mode.

2. Suitable charger and data cable:

Not all chargers and data cables are created equal. Generally, the original charger and Apple data cable will recharge better for your iPhone. However, A iPhone with only one charger and data cable, and if it is broken, you need to buy it again. Most of people like to buy them at random, which means they didn’t buy original charger and cable. Generally speaking, the higher the number of Watts the faster your device will charge (this is a function of time, and defines the speed of energy transfer), this is the "fast charging". But some reports show that frequent use of fast charging can damage your iPhone.

3. Disable Wi-Fi, Cellular Data, and Bluetooth:

If you don't want your iPhone lose contact with others, then you can manually disable Wi-Fi, Cellular Data, and Bluetooth, so you can make important phone calls or send text messages. It is worth mentioning that cellular Data is a resource intensive feature that consumes a lot of battery.

To disable WiFi and Bluetooth, slide up from the bottom of the screen to open the control center. Then turn off these two features. If the cellular data is enabled, you can disable it by going to the settings > cell and then shutting down the cellular data.

4. Reduce screen brightness and disabling location Services:

The higher the screen brightness, the greater the power the iPhone consumes. So you can increase your iPhone’s charging speed by lowering the screen brightness. In this way, your iPhone will consume less power than the screen brightness is set to the highest level. And the Location Services is another resource intensive feature that has high battery consumption.

To change the screen brightness, slide up from the bottom of the screen to open the control center. Now slide the brightness slider to the left to lower the screen brightness level. To turn off the location service, open your settings and go to privacy. Click on the location service and then turn off the switch.

5. Maintain your battery:

Apple recommends that iPhones go through at least one full recharge cycle every month to improve their battery life. What this means is that you should charge your iPhone to 100%, then let it drain completely until it switches off. Or you can use Apple Battery Tester to periodically check the health status of your iPhone battery.

6. Turn off your iPhone:

When you turn off your phone while charging, you will stop using the screen and motion sensors and the power needed to run your application. Keeping your phone off also means, of course, that you’re not using it while it charges, making it go even faster. If you’re looking for the fastest charge, turn your phone off.

Plug the iPhone into the wall charger, hold down the iphone power button and use the Slide To Power Off icon to switch off the iPhone. Leave it for a couple of hours to fully charge.
